💌 The Details
– Booking Window: Please book at least 7 days in advance for preset cart packages and celebration items. Custom cakes and fully customized carts require 14 days advance notice to ensure we have time to source ingredients, design your menu, and prepare everything with care.
– Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, based on your custom menu. Full booking details will be shared via email once we connect.
– Allergies & Dietary Needs: We’re happy to accommodate dietary requests with advance notice!
Our taiyaki is gut-friendly thanks to sourdough fermentation, naturally dairy-free (made creamy with oat milk), and lightly sweetened with raw local honey.
Please note: While we work in a clean, commercially licensed kitchen and are certified in food safety, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. We are not liable for undisclosed sensitivities.
