  • Submit & Hear Back Within 48 Hours
    Zoe will follow up personally to confirm availability, go over your details, and send a custom quote. A deposit will reserve your date and lock in your service.

Allergies &

Dietary Needs

We are happy to accommodate dietary requests whenever possible with advance notice!

Our taiyaki is gut-friendly thanks to natural sourdough fermentation, dairy-free with creamy oat milk, and lightly sweetened with raw local honey.

Every menu is crafted with care and customized just for your event.

Please note: While we work in a clean, commercially licensed kitchen and are certified in food safety, we are not a gluten-free facility and cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Due to the nature of our kitchen and the structure of our baked goods, we are unable to accommodate gluten-free requests.

However, we’re happy to provide gluten-sensitive alternatives for guests when requested in advance.

Deposit &

Cancellation Policy

Make sure your event date is secured
 • Carts and Classes – To reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of $200 or 25% of your estimated total (whichever is greater) is required.
• Cakes – A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.

Your date isn’t secured until your deposit is received and an invoice has been sent.

Refunds & Cancellations
 • Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of booking (unless your event is within 7 days).
• After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable to cover planning and availability.
• Final payment is due 5–7 days before your event and is non-refundable at that time.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out — we’ll do our best to find a solution.
