By booking catering services with Layers of Lemon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for both parties.

1. Service Area

Layers of Lemon is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and proudly serves the surrounding areas including Henderson and Summerlin.

2. Event Types

We cater a wide range of private events, including:

• Weddings

• Backyard Parties

• Corporate Gatherings

• Themed Occasions

Custom menus and service styles are available to suit your unique event.

3. Booking and Payment

• Events must be booked with a minimum of 7 days' notice.

• A non-refundable deposit (amount to be specified in your quote) is required to confirm your booking.

• Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer such as zelle or venmo.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Full refund if the service is canceled within 24 hours of booking.

• 50% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the event.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

• If cancellation occurs within 7 days, Layers of Lemon will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a rescheduled date, subject to availability.

5. Menu and Final Details

• Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

• Late changes may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible venue that complies with local health and safety standards.

While the client is ultimately responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or venue approvals, Layers of Lemon will make reasonable efforts to assist in securing any additional required documentation or approvals, provided adequate notice is given.

7. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

• We will accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies to the best of our ability if notified at the time of booking or at least 7 days in advance.

• Layers of Lemon is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed dietary needs or potential cross-contamination.

8. Liability

• Layers of Lemon is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by guests, venue staff, or third-party vendors.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals engaging in unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Equipment and Rentals

• All rental equipment provided remains the property of Layers of Lemon and must be returned in good condition.

• The client will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs of lost or damaged items.

10. Photography and Promotion

• Unless otherwise requested in writing, Layers of Lemon reserves the right to photograph events and use images for marketing and promotional purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County.
