Our conchas start with slow-fermented dough, made with real ingredients and baked into soft, lightly sweet bread. Each one gets a generous cookie topping and, sometimes, a sweet or savory filling tucked inside.
Our menu stays intentionally small, giving every flavor the care and attention it deserves.

I’m so glad you’re here.
Layers of Lemon began with layer cakes and celebration cupcakes. A decade of baking, café kitchens, and a growing love of bread brought me to these little conchas—and to the simple joy of making something lovely for someone else.
I believe in real ingredients, thoughtful local sourcing, and taking time with the little details. What I love most is knowing that something from my kitchen can bring a moment of joy to your day.
You don’t need a grand occasion to celebrate life sweetly.

Each weekly release is limited to 16 concha boxes and 30 lemonades, including bundles.
