Signature Lemon is always on the menu: bright lemon, soft bread, and a generous cookie cap. Our mini conchas are about 60g and 3–3.5 inches, nestled four to a box like your favorite premium cookies.

Hi, I’m Zoe.
I’m so glad
you’re here.
Layers of Lemon began with layer cakes and celebration cupcakes. A decade of baking, café kitchens, and a growing love of bread brought me to these little conchas—and to the simple joy of making something lovely for someone else.
I believe in real ingredients, thoughtful local sourcing, and celebrating ordinary days. A small menu lets me give every bake the attention it deserves, from the soft bread to that generous cookie top.
You don’t need a grand occasion. A Thursday, a good conversation, or someone you love is a lovely place to start.
